This 2-day course offers comprehensive training in the unique art of face and eyebrow threading. Maryam will teach you the optimal way to shape brows for any face shape.  You will learn how to shape thick eyebrows, sparse eyebrows, all-over eyebrows, and everything in between!  You will gain an awareness of threading faux-pas, as well as, techniques and tips to enhance your work and increase your clientele base. Students will also learn how to use eyebrow pencils and tinting supplies.

All supplies are provided to you and you will receive a certificate upon completion of the course, signed by Maryam.

Industry rates vary and can range anywhere from $15 to $85+ per session. The amount you charge is completely up to you. Therefore, the revenue potential will depend on the amount you charge per client, your marketing efforts to promote your work and business. The great thing about threading is that your only supply cost is thread!

DAY 1: 10:00AM – 6:00PM

• 10am-12pm

An Intro to Maryam Collahi – Training background and starting her eyebrow business. The Art of Brow Perfection – The theory of perfect eyebrows and how they can impact one’s look and face shape. How to determine the perfect brow for each individual by considering his or her unique face and eye shape.

• 12pm-1pm

Learning the Ancient Art of Threading – Why thread vs other methods, how to hold the thread and the best way to thread (using hand held method vs. mouth).

• 1pm-2pm

Lunch Break

•  2pm-6pm

Maryam will demonstrate on live models. Working on Threading Technique – Practicing movement and getting comfortable with holding the thread.

DAY 2: 10:00AM – 6:00PM

• 10am-12pm

Demonstrations on Live Models – Maryam will demonstrate and students will practice on live models. Students will work on each other so please do not shape or touch up your eyebrows for at least 4 weeks prior to workshop.

• 12pm-1pm

Coloring Brows – Maryam will instruct on coloring brows to get the best shade for each individual.

• 1pm – 2pm

Lunch Break

•  2pm – 6pm

Putting it All Together – Models will arrive for you to practice all that you have learned. From selecting the best shape of brows, to threading and tinting. This final session will ensure you leave feeling fully confident and capable on working on any face and eye shape!
