Covid-19 Safety Plan

Guidelines and Protocols

The work stations are set up 6 feet apart and this distancing must be retained for the time being. Staff are required to maintain 6 feet of distance with each other while in the studio.

All guests must confirm they are feeling well prior to their appointment and must fill out a Covid-19 consent form each visit regardless of service.

You are required to wear masks/face shields and gloves while performing any services on clients and reception will have a plexiglass barrier for transaction processing. Do not touch your mask for the duration that it is on your face. Contactless greetings – Clients and stylists must refrain from hugging or shaking hands.

Moving forward in our appointment booking and confirmations we will be asking clients to cancel their appointments if they are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 for your protection.

We have to ensure that we are being much more diligent with our cleaning and sanitation efforts. That includes, wiping work stations and utensils down before and after every client with alcohol.

Staff must wash our hands before and after each client as well as sanitizing our hands throughout the service being provided.

Each work station must be equipped with adequate Lysol wipes, Kleenex & hand sanitizer.

Everyone who enters the studio must sanitize their hands upon entering. Clients will be asked to bring their own personal face masks, however, if they forget or don’t have one we must provide them with one for your safety.

No patrons will be permitted to wait in the small waiting room area. Any client that must wait will be directed to the larger studio space for the time being and will be directed to use the alternative entrance.

The waiting room area has seating that is placed 6 feet apart from each other. Friends and family are not permitted to wait in the waiting room area with the clients.

**There is a maximum capacity of 6 persons in the main
studio and 6 in the secondary studio.**

Thank you for your cooperation.
