Hanna Cockburn is a European born and trained permanent makeup artist who got her training and education in the Ukraine. She ran her own successful permanent makeup studio for many years. Now she has relocated to beautiful Vancouver, BC and brings her wealth of experience and the latest permanent makeup techniques from Europe to Western Canada for the first time to share with you.
